What we offer
Three services, each with a defined scope and a fixed fee
Each service addresses a specific category of recurring business work. Pricing is stated here before you contact us.
Back to homeHow to use this page
The three services below cover scheduling, translation, and administrative task assessment. Each has a fixed duration, a set of specific deliverables, and a price that does not change based on the size of your organisation or the number of people involved in the parallel period.
If you are unsure which service is the right starting point, the back-office task review is the one designed to produce that clarity. It gives you a measured picture of your own task landscape before any integration decision is made.
Service 01
Scheduling System Implementation
Automated scheduling built around your organisation's actual constraints — contractual hours, skill coverage requirements, and individual staff preferences. The system runs in parallel with current practice before any handover, giving your team the opportunity to compare outputs and raise concerns.
Appropriate where scheduling occupies a manager or administrator for several hours each week, and where the constraints are well-defined enough to be written down before build begins.
What is included
Constraints documented and agreed before build — covering hours, coverage rules, and preferences
Manual override retained throughout — not an add-on, a design requirement
Parallel period comparing new system output against current practice
Comparison figures covering both schedule quality and preparation time
Handover documentation in Japanese and English
Duration
Ten weeks, including parallel period
Fixed fee
¥41,000
Service 02
Translation Workflow Integration
Assisted translation for recurring business documents between Japanese and other languages, with a defined human review stage for anything customer-facing or contractual. The service includes construction of a terminology base from your existing company materials, so the system uses language consistent with your organisation's established usage.
Suited to organisations that translate internal reports, supplier communications, or routine operational documents on a regular basis, and where the volume justifies building a consistent process around it.
What is included
Terminology base constructed from your existing company materials
Integration into your current document routine — not a parallel tool requiring separate access
A clear category list of documents requiring human review before use
Quality sampling process to check output against the terminology base
Reviewer training and documentation for updating the terminology base
Duration
Seven weeks
Fixed fee
¥32,000
Service 03
Back-Office Task Review
A department-level census of recurring administrative tasks, recording their frequency, duration, variability, and the judgement each requires. The output is a proportionate view of what automation could and could not affect in your specific work, rather than a general estimate based on comparable organisations.
Suited to organisations that have received broad claims about AI and want a specific picture of their own situation before deciding whether to proceed with an integration engagement.
What is included
Four weeks of observation and interviews covering recurring administrative tasks in one department
A task register with measured time figures — not estimates, not industry benchmarks
An honest proportion of tasks suited to automated handling
A note on tasks where automation would introduce more risk than it removes
Written summary in Japanese and English
Duration
Four weeks
Fixed fee
¥29,000
Which service
Deciding where to start
If you already know which task area concerns you — scheduling takes too long, translation is inconsistent, or you receive conflicting advice about automation potential — the corresponding service is the direct starting point.
If you are less certain, or if you have received broad claims and are not sure which apply to your situation, the back-office task review produces an accurate picture of your own work before any integration decision is made. It is also the lower-cost starting point if you are evaluating whether to work with us at all.
Start with scheduling if:
A manager spends several hours per week producing rosters, routes, or appointment allocations, and the rules governing them are consistent enough to document in writing.
Start with translation if:
Your organisation translates recurring documents regularly between Japanese and other languages, and inconsistent terminology or turnaround time is creating friction.
Start with the task review if:
You are uncertain which tasks are candidates for automation, or you want a measured assessment of your specific situation before committing to an integration.
Consistent across all services
What applies to every engagement
Language
All deliverables are available in both Japanese and English.
Pricing
Single fixed fee per service. Stated before contact, does not change.
Scope
Defined and agreed before build. Does not expand without a new agreement.
Ownership
All deliverables belong to you. No licensing or continued access fees.
Next step
A conversation to confirm whether the scope matches your situation
If a service looks like a potential fit, we can discuss the specifics of your task before you decide. No cost at that stage, and no commitment required.
