Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nawate website and the services described on it. By accessing this website, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website only. Separate written agreements govern any service engagements between Nawate and client organisations. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
1. Permitted use of this website
-
1.1
This website is provided for informational purposes — to describe Nawate's services, share context about our approach, and allow prospective clients to make contact. Any use outside these purposes requires our written permission.
-
1.2
You may not use this site in any way that disrupts its normal operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to its infrastructure, or places disproportionate load on its servers.
-
1.3
Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or systematic copying of site content is not permitted without prior written agreement.
-
1.4
You agree not to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to deceive or impersonate other individuals, or use the contact form for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry about our services.
2. Access and account terms
-
2.1
This website does not currently require account creation to access its content. Should an account-based area be introduced in future, separate terms will apply and will be presented at registration.
-
2.2
Access to any future restricted areas of this site is granted to specific individuals and is not transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is not permitted.
-
2.3
We reserve the right to suspend access to this website for users who breach these terms, without prior notice and without liability.
3. Service availability and modifications
-
3.1
We aim to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control may result in periods of downtime.
-
3.2
The services described on this site are subject to change. We may add, modify, or withdraw service offerings at any time. Changes to active engagements are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.
-
3.3
Geographic availability of our services is at our discretion. While we currently work with organisations across Japan, we reserve the right to decline enquiries from any location without explanation.
-
3.4
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by a revised effective date at the top of this page.
4. Intellectual property
-
4.1
All content on this website — including text, structure, visual design, and any documents provided for download — remains the property of Nawate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-
4.2
You may share links to pages on this site. Reproduction or republication of page content — in whole or in substantial part — requires written permission.
-
4.3
Any information you submit through this site (such as a contact form message) does not grant Nawate any intellectual property rights over that content beyond what is necessary to respond to your enquiry.
5. Limitation of liability
The information on this website is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. However, Nawate makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on this site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nawate shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it. This includes but is not limited to indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
